Are you an angel company? Back to Top

Yes we are! An angel company means you can sell hand made products using our rubber stamps as long as they are hand stamped only! No mechanical reproduction is allowed. No copying, scanning, printing, etc. Those actions violate our angel policy, and since our products are copyrighted, you would be in violation of copyright infringement. This does not apply to downloaded products. Please refer to "Terms of Use for downloadable products".

Do you sell gift certificates? Back to Top

Yes we do! Choose either paper gift certificates or e-mail gift certificates. Either way, they are redeemable online with the code that comes on the gift certificate. They come in a variety of denominations. They can be used on anything on our website, including shipping! Click here to take you there now!

How can I get a catalog? Back to Top

Although we no longer have print catalogs available, we now have a selection of free downloadable, clickable and printable catalogs! They are full-color, full-size and include samples! Click here to see the selection now!

How do you get a good image using large stamps? Back to Top

First of all, you want to make sure you ink the stamp well. Pop the lid off your ink pad and use it to ink your stamp with the rubber-side-up. Then set your stamp onto your paper or cardstock. Put the heel of your hand on top of the stamp and press firmly without moving the stamp. You might want to stand up to get even more pressure on it. Then pick the stamp straight up from the paper or cardstock without rocking it.

It also helps to have cushion on the rubber of a large stamp. Then it has a little "give" to it when you press down, especially if your block, handle or stamping surface is uneven.

If you still have trouble with areas that don't print, try putting some type of cushion underneath your paper or cardstock. It could be as simple as a few more pieces of paper, a magazine or something like a mouse pad! That also creates a little "give", especially if you have no control over what type of cushion the stamp came with, or if you use no cushion at all.

Where do your products come from? Back to Top

All of the River City Rubber Works images, templates, books and projects are designed by Dana DeCicco, one of the owners and founders of the company! The only products designed by someone else are either from Global Solutions or licensed from Kay Foley, Dilettante.

Every rubber stamp we sell is manufactured by us from start to finish, right here in River City! We are located in Wichita, Kansas. We cut our own wood, bake the rubber, trim the cushion and stamp, and print the image on wood! It's a fascinating process, actually! We also manufacture and sell the rubber stamps for both Global Solutions and Kay Foley, Dilettante!
